Public Title Healthy Worforce Program Division Lead Inventor Bryan, Allison Public Description Researchers at Purdue University have developed a new program to assist small and medium sized companies with healthcare cost containment. The program consists of three part assessment phase, a recommendation phase, and an intervention phase. The program includes twelve training modules to benefit employees over a range of topics from understanding the healthcare system to self care to weigh loss and everyday fitness. By supplying their employees with better information and advice for healthy lifestyles, employers can cut healthcare costs significantly. Advantages of this program are that it includes a wide range of training modules and is available in both English and Spanish.
