Multimedia Production Intern

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Create virtual tours of PRF and shared University office and labs spaces in support of economic development and placemaking.
  • Provide photography and videography in support of news releases, social media and marketing collateral.
  • Layout and design responsibilities commensurate with experience.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Publish completed virtual tours to Matterport platform.
  • Photo editing.
  • Editing and light color grading of video footage.
  • Name and archive photo/video assets on shared drives or digital asset management systems.
  • Web content updates in Cascade, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Description of Experience:

  • Junior or above pursuing a degree in a multimedia technology or arts field with coursework or previous internship experience in content production, photo/video editing, design.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Intermediate or higher knowledge of two or more of the following: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects.
  • 3D cameras and/or augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) strongly preferred.
  • Photography and videography, studio lighting and flash experience preferred.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal/written/interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multitask projects.
  • High degree of confidentiality required.
