The Purdue University College of Science Development Office has an immediate need for a Student Worker.  

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enter information in the Advancement CRM system (Advance and Reeher).
  • Produce reports or lists of alumni information.
  • Prepare correspondence and/or thank you notes to alumni, donors, and others.
  • Support activities of the office, including event details.
  • Make deliveries on campus as needed.
  • Complete project-based assignments.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organization and planning skills required.
  • Independent thinking and problem solving.
  • Experience with Excel desired.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be dependable and able to use discretion and sound judgment regularly in disseminating highly sensitive information about University stakeholders.

HOURLY RATE: $8.00

HOURS:  10-15 per week
