Concordance Health Solutions is a startup company developing products and data services to improve patient medication adherence. Our products include electronic reminder and monitoring technologies that are simple, inexpensive and incorporate feedback loops to patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners with a goal of facilitating optimal medication adherence, and ultimately, better health outcomes.

Concordance has an opening for a team member who will work closely with patients, researchers and healthcare organizations to setup and support patients on the Smart Med Reminder system in order to obtain best health outcomes. ( Concordance provides innovative work, focused on accomplishing projects through a culture of strong team collaboration. The company is in the Purdue Research Park.

Job Description

The Clinical Associate will assist with activities directly implementing and supporting the Smart Med Reminder system for various research and clinical projects with independent healthcare organizations. The role works closely with Smart Med Reminder™ system patients and reports user interactions and results with project collaborators and stakeholders.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

● Communicate and explain Smart Med Reminder™ system to patients and assist them with set up

● Follow good clinical practices for interacting with patients, ensuring patient privacy is upheld

● Interact with project manager and research team to ensure good communication between team

● Work with the CHS technical team to relay discovery of in-field technical issues, to integrate new system developments, to communicate product inventory required for each research project, and to relay system user feedback

● Travel is required to customer locations (currently limited to counties surrounding Tippecanoe - 50%)


● Preferred: Working toward a degree or previous experience in a health sciences field.
● Minimum: must enjoy working with people and display an approachable, caring demeanor.
● Must have own transportation and maintain a valid driver’s license
● Preferred: Knowledge of Microsoft® Office, with emphasis on Excel
● Strong communication skills
● Detail-oriented and efficient in time management
