Concordance Health Solutions (CHS) is a startup company that is developing products, services, and data to improve patient medication adherence in partnership with pharmacists, healthcare providers, and payers. Our products include electronic reminder and monitoring technologies that are simple to integrate into pharmacy practice, inexpensive, fit seamlessly into a patient’s lifestyle, and incorporate feedback loops to patients and healthcare partners to facilitate optimal medication adherence.

CHS has an opening for an individual that will oversee project development and implementation for new and existing products, including the SMARxT Med Reminder system ( CHS provides its employees with innovative work focused on accomplishing projects through a culture of strong team collaboration.


The role will be responsible for overseeing all functions related to the identification, relationship development, system testing, and final delivery of customer and partner relationships that support commercialization of our products. This includes overseeing tasks related to integration with internal and external partner and customer systems. The role will also assist in identifying and evaluating outsource partners for tasks that cannot be effectively done in house. The role will report jointly to the Director of Business Development and the Director of Product Development with close ties to the CEO.

Duties include:

• Developing a deep knowledge of Concordance products and identifying opportunities for future business and partnerships

• Support business development activities to close deals and implement projects with partner and customer organizations

• Developing relationships with current partners and customers to facilitate future opportunities

• Managing communication between internal and external resources to support above activities

• Overseeing and participating in hardware and software development activities that support customer and partner projects as needed

• Assisting with project planning and grant application submissions to funding agencies • Assist with or own other tasks as assigned

Skills and Experience:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in electronics-related field; Master’s or MBA preferred Experience with system hardware or software development and launch activities, quality procedures, and promoting process improvement desired. Experience with health insurance systems, healthcare provider systems, and/or medical devices beneficial.
