About the role..

This is a great opportunity for an experienced facilities manager to join our diverse and
fast-growing team. In this role, you will be the Facilities Manager for our Inari-West site located
in West Lafayette, Indiana. This position ensures the critical day-to-day operation of the
facilities and equipment infrastructure to support our fast-paced product development
capabilities. This role will report directly to the Inari-West Site Manager and will work
collaboratively with the global operations team, headquartered in Cambridge, MA.

As Facilities Manager you will...

● Work closely with lab and greenhouse personnel, EH&S, and site manager to manage
all facilities and equipment infrastructure according to operational and safety needs.

● Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and preventative maintenance
schedules for all equipment.

● Oversee routine maintenance to ensure all equipment runs smoothly.

● Make minor repairs to equipment and systems as necessary.

● Identify and manage relationships with contractors, vendors, etc. when necessary, including managing negotiations, quotes, and invoices.

● Implement a work request system in collaboration with the global operations team.
Receive and process work requests and log any maintenance and repair work.

● Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

You bring....

● At least 8+ years of facilities experience, preferably in an agriculture and/or biotech
setting.

● Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and/or HVAC systems.

● Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced,
dynamic team setting.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Flexibility in a constantly evolving environment.

● Strong organizational skills.

● Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility.

● Project management experience.

● Ability to climb ladders and lift more than fifty pounds.
