This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated administrative professional to join our fast-growing and collaborative team The Office Experience Manager role would be the point person for managing and executing daily office operations. The right candidate would be passionate  about  creating an exciting and engaging office experience for visitors, candidates, and employees.This role would be based at our location in West Lafayette IN. 


  • Be a presence at front desk to greet and manage visitor experience
  • Implement and maintain daily processes for office and cafe orderliness 
  • Procure and stock office supplies 
  • Order and restock of office snacks and coffee
  • Coordinate catering and activities for special events
  • Send out company wide notifications
  • Manage daily conference room calendar and meeting set-ups
  • Partner with IT and AV to ensure video conferencing systems are fully operating and properly activated for meetings and events
  • Oversee office shipping and receiving processes 
  • Assist with the scheduling of on-site meetings with external stakeholders and interviews for candidates as requested 


  • Bachelor’s degree and 1 year administrative experience or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Strong organizational skill; Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to completion
  • Familiarity and comfort with google systems 
  • Can-do attitude, positive approach, flexibility, and high degree of autonomy 
  • Highly collaborative, open to giving and receiving ideas, perspectives, and feedback
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and have a meaningful impact
  • Creative thinking
