Essential Functions

  • Lead the Institute’s policy platform focusing on “tech statecraft” and addressing challenges at the intersection of technology and foreign policy 
  • Recruit and manage Institute Fellows, ensuring content and program deliverables are met
  • Oversee policy content calendar and publish articles, briefs, etc., on behalf of the Institute
  • Guide government engagement around priority policy issues and legislation
  • Moderate in-person and virtual policy events with Director, Fellows, and other stakeholders 
  • Track relevant news, legislation, and Administration action related to “tech diplomacy” 

 Additional Responsibilities

  • Support training program objectives of the Institute

  • Ability to interact with stakeholders from a wide range of professional and cultural backgrounds 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 

 Education/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-10 years’ experience required
