On Target Laboratories discovers and develops fluorescent markers to target and illuminate cancer during surgery so it can be removed more completely. Their intraoperative molecular imaging technology, based on the pioneering work of Philip S. Low, PhD, reduces the uncertainty associated with finding and removing diseased tissue during medical procedures, empowering surgeons to provide a more accurate and complete surgical resection.


· Accepts designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present project during the weekly meetings.

· Conduct tumor implantations in mice.

· Image tumors with optical imaging agents using IVIS or Ami HT Image stations.

· Proficiently conduct ex vivo tissue biodistribution studies, PK studies, drug toxicity studies.

· Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of research model care.

· Follow GXP guideline and company SOPs

· Create performance reports


  • B.S. degree in related field of study.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mice studies and animal handling.
  • Experience in cell culture studies and in vitro assays.
  • Experience in tail vain injections, animal surgery, and mice handling
  • Be a motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn.
