Position Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst – Operations and Product Analysis is responsible for ongoing analysis of data with an emphasis on product pricing, balance sheet forecasting and financial reporting. Specific reporting topics include Return on Equity (ROE) calculations, the allowance for credit loss and mortgage pipeline hedging. This position will also provide analytical support for the My Member Perks program.

Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Prepare monthly forecast for Asset Liability Committee (ALCO) and provide support for producing monthly financial reports
- Collaborate with Accounting Services on allowance for credit loss model and reports
- Lead finance initiatives with forecasting and budgeting to support Leadership team initiatives
- Prepare and deliver reports for Rate Committee used to make recommendations for product pricing. Support rate change process for loan and deposit products.
- Maintains loan pricing tool, ROE calculator, making recommendations for pricing changes
- Coordinates mortgage pipeline hedging with internal mortgage department and external vendors
- Analyze financial impact of My Member Perks program
- Help support initiatives for budget to actual comparisons and cost allocations to help the Leadership team understand financial results
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:
- Education and Credentials
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields
- Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of financial analysis or related experience, financial institution experience preferred
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Must have strong proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Adobe Writer
- Familiarity with Power BI, Smartsheet, and Monarch preferred
- Ability to plan and complete multiple assignments/projects within deadlines
- Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing, in a professional manner when dealing with employees, members, vendors and company contacts

Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phone, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
- This position requires manual dexterity, the ability to lift files and open filing cabinets
- This position requires sitting, bending, stooping or standing as necessary
- Majority of work will be completed on-site with the possibility to work remote on occasion.
