  • Perform initial internet research regarding corporate and foundation granting/gifting organizations
  • Social media development and maintenance; communications branding and marketing outreach
  • Help develop format/content for donor communications (social media/web/print)
  • Opportunity to interact with corporate executives and alumni; event logistics and coordination
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned to support CFR central staff

Required Skills:

  • Strong skills with Microsoft Word and Excel and in preparing reports and other documents
  • Experience with creating and managing web presence and/or social media pages
  • High level of attention to detail and accountability
  • Self-starter with good organizational abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Skills in Java/Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Flash/Dreamweaver or other applicable web development software and experience with SharePoint
  • Communications background/education


  • Hours: Approximately 10-25, according to PRF policy
  • Pay: $8.75-9.00
  • This position is located on the Purdue University Campus
  • Purdue Research Foundation student and internship employment opportunities currently do not meet US immigration standards for students on F-1 student visas to pursue curricular practical training (CPT)
