Student Worker - Chemical Engineering

START DATE: Immediate Availability

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with creating, editing notes and letters for the Head of Chemical Engineering, as overseen by the Manager of Development Operations and Donor Stewardship.
  • Campus errands including deliveries.
  • Use of donor database (Advance CS) to insert contact reports and gather information.
  • Assist with alumni events and creation of gift baskets.
  • Mange files, including scanning and e-filing.
  • Manage inventory of promotional materials.
  • Make copies; create mailing labels, file folders, binders, and name badges.
  • Creating mailing labels and name badges
  • Mail and retrieve packages.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Able to use the Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds to load/unload vehicles.

Other:

  • Regular and reliable attendance are requirements of this position.
  • Pay: $8.25/hr
  • 10-15 hours per week during the academic year.
