POSITION TYPE: Part-time/Non-exempt

START DATE: Immediate Availability

Essential Functions:

  • Provide general clerical support to HHS Advancement staff including:
    • Schedule meetings in Outlook
    • Fill out and distribute Transportation service forms
    • Assist with paperwork, such as travel expense report, credit card statements, mail forms

Events:

  • Print and assemble materials
  • Stuff envelopes and name badges
  • Work with seating assignments
  • Deliver and pick up event supplies
  • Work registration at event
  • Order food
  • Assist in finding venue and meeting locations

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Dependable, detailed oriented, deadline-driven
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently in completing tasks
  • Professional and capable of delivering a high level staff support
  • Health and Human Science student preferred.

Other:

Hourly rate: $8.50

Hours: 10-15 per week
