Responsibilities

  • Enter information in the Advancement CRM system (Advance and Reeher).
  • Prepare correspondence and/or thank you communications to alumni, donors, and others.
  • Support College of Science events.
  • Produce and edit reports or lists of alumni information.
  • Coordinate mailings and make deliveries on campus as needed.
  • Organize and update supply inventory.
  • Complete project- based assignments.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent communication and technology skills (verbal, written, media).
  • Strong organization and planning skills required.
  • Independent thinking and problem solving.
  • Experience with Excel desired.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be dependable and able to use discretion and sound judgment regularly in disseminating highly sensitive information about University stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work in an environment with active engagement and moveable location, meaning that the work may be in different spaces in the Advancement office at different times.

Hourly Rate: $8.00

Hours per week: 10-15
