Essential Functions:

  • Assist with the gift acknowledgement process or other departmental mailings.
  • Assist with marketing and stewardship efforts by creating social media posts, postcards and videos.
  • Support events of the office, including but not limited to football games, PVM Open House, Day of Giving, Grateful Client events, White Coat ceremony, and Donor Thank You events.
  • Enter information into the Advancement CRM system (AdvanceCS).


  • Produce and edit reports or lists of confidential alumni, donor or client information.
  • Complete project-based assignments.
  • Manage files including scanning and e-filing.
  • General office tasks including copies, mailing labels, file folders, etc.
  • Make deliveries on campus as needed.


  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Independent thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be dependable and able to use discretion and sound judgment regularly in disseminating highly confidential information about University stakeholders.


Hourly Rate: $9.00

Hours per week: 10-15
